We kindly request that any changes to your scheduled appointment be communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than a 48-hour notice (including 47 hours) are subject to a cancellation fee.
We understand that unexpected events can occur, and we appreciate your understanding in respecting our cancellation fee policy. Failure to repeatedly provide sufficient notice or repeated cancellations may result in complete termination of service.
To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please make sure you contact us at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations requested within 48 hours will incur a penalty fee of 50% of your total service cost with the card you have on file.
We highly value your time and strive to keep our schedule running smoothly for the benefit of all clients. If you anticipate being late, please let us know as soon as possible. We are not able to take your appointment if you are over 10 minutes late without notice.
In the event of a no-show, meaning you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee. No-shows will be charged $50 in addition to the original deposit fee with the card you have on file.
